Laurence is an experienced Leadership Coach and Coach Supervisor. She coaches CEOs, CFOs, Boards, senior professional and financial services high-performers, Partners and senior management, including entrepreneurs, looking to build up their businesses and relate effectively to stakeholders. She coaches high-potential, ‘next generation’ leaders, especially as they take that first step up. She works in moments of change, such as high-profile IPO, fundraising or M&A transactions, or where the organisation is undergoing profound shifts. She helps people on-board new positions successfully, fast-trackers achieve their potential and challenges assumptions teams might hold. As a long-time communication specialist, she brings out strong communication and influencing assets in both individuals and teams. Laurence has a past as an entrepreneur and a capital markets banker.
Laurence was elected to the World Economic Forum in Davos as a Young Global Leader in 2003. She was also semi-finalist of the 2001 Times- and EY-sponsored Entrepreneur of the Year award in London. She is a member of French ‘think tank’ Les Company Doctors, which publishes opinion pieces in French economic daily Les Echos. She is a Non-Executive Director and Senior Advisor of her first company, the Mediatree group and of the Broome Yasar Partnership.
Geraldine is Franco-American and coaches individuals, groups and teams, both in French and English, to meet the potential they set out for themselves. She has a particular strength in coaching within Private Equity firms and strong presentation coaching track record.
With a background in law (Paris II – Assas), communication (Emerson) and coaching (Mediat coaching and Pantheon Assas – Ciffop), Geraldine has worked in financial communication before becoming a coach. Geraldine is also certified in: the Science of Happiness (UC Berkley edX, which specializes in the latest groundbreaking research into positive psychology and the new approach to personal improvement), Unlocking the Immunity to Change (Harvard edX) as well as Transforming Business, Society and Self - U.lab (MIT edX) among others. She applies the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) charter and implements the International Coach Federation (ICF) code of ethics.
Her clients range from individuals to corporations as well as institution such as the Barreau entrepreneurial of the Paris Bar Association. She practices holistic and systemic coaching, using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Symbolic Modeling as well as positive psychology and numerous business tools.
Cornelia is a positive psychologist and leadership development coach, and experienced facilitator and speaker. She uses research and evidence to support leaders and organisations to think deeply, creatively and innovatively. In all of her work, she supports clear direction and goals, and promotes the importance of emotional regulation and strengths in contributing to performance. Cornelia has over a decade of experience in Leadership Development, having worked across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. She has facilitated executive programmes for INSEAD as well as designed, delivered and evaluated her own bespoke programmes for clients across sectors.
Cornelia holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, and has an MA in Leadership with a focus on Mindsets and on Change Management from University College London. She is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association, a working member of the British Psychological Society, and a member of the Special Group in Coaching psychology. Cornelia is also an invited fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce for work in equality in education.
Michelle White (FRSA) holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP) from the University of East London. She is passionate about enabling individuals and organisations to develop the meaningful and resilient approaches which underpin positive and sustainablechange, growth and leadership. Working across sectors Michelle is dedicated to supporting enterprises and individuals to hone their strengths and values in support of their wider visions, values and goals. Michelle sits on the filmcommittee for developing anti-bullying principles within the screen industries and she is an invited fellow of the Royal Society of Arts for her work in the film industry. She is Co-Founder of LIVEWISE, a positive psychology consultancy and works as an accredited strengths practitioner. She is an affiliate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
